What Others are Saying About nintendo wii sport:| My birthday events from yesterday! | | Yesterday was my birthday and it was a wonderful day for me. In the morning I got a call from my mom and she wished me a happy birthday and that over this weekend we made some plans for me to go there and have some cake! My long time friend also called me to send some birthday greetings my way and we talked for quite awhile and throughout the whole day.
I kept checking my facebook and seen that I had all sorts of messages written on my wall there from friends and family.
My hubby made me open my present the night before my birthday at midnight and to my suprise he got me many lovely gifts! He bought me a new game for my nintendo wii called Carnival games which I had so much fun playing yesterday with my son. He also bought me the nintendo wii Sport's pack which included a tennis racket, baseball bat and a golf club. They are made by Nerf so they are spongey and soft and I'm guessing the reason for that is so if kids end up throwing them by accident, then it won't break things or hurt people. What do you consider the best game system? I really like the Nintendo Wii! Not only ca you play Wii games, but you can play Nes, Snes, Sega Genesis, Neo Geo, Colecovision, Tubro Graphics 16, N64, AND tons of aracade games! I just don't see how you can lose playing the Wii! Overall I don't think it has much competition. The only thing I like about other systems like Playstaion is they have the Silent Hill series, and X Box has Doom 3. That is probably the only games I would buy those systems for. What do you think? Do you think Nintendo is the best? | |

I love the system a lot it's a lot of fun and you can download older Nintendo Games from the Wii Shop which brings back a lot of memories from my childhood and old school games are very fun, its amazing too see how much the graphics have changed over the years. So my question to all of you is what's your favorite Nintendo Wii game and why? Do you only play a certain genre as far as games are concerned or do you try others? I love to play the Mario games and sports games such as Madden and hockey, I've never been good at basketball games on any game consoles, the only basketball game I'm any good at is the basketball game on the new Wii Resort that just came out recently. Do you have any other game systems you enjoy playing or wish they still made, I know you can buy older systems on eBay, Craiglist and sites of that sort but of course most are used and you can't guarantee that'll last very song. Still PS3 mostly has more rpg games, the Xbox is more of an action/fightings and as for the Nintendo Wii is more of sports and those particular type of games. I would advise you to see what games are offered for those 3 systems then could only decide your option or probably you like all three. | |

| | | Have you lost weight using the Nintendo Wii Fit? | | I am trying to lose weight and get in shape so I bought the Nintendo Wii and the Wii Fit balance board. I've been using the board since February doing various exercises from the Wii Fit game. My routine usually consists of hula hoop, boxing, step, and running. I'll also do a little yoga or strength training before doing the aerobic workouts.Overall I exercise for about 30-45 minutes 3 days a week. I know I should do more, but it's hard when I work so many hours.Since I've only lost 2 pounds with the Wii fit, I decided to buy the Jillian Michaels 2009 exercise game for the Wii. I've only used it 4 days, but it seems like a much better workout. I do 30 minutes and I am totally sweating. The game says I burn over 200 calories each time, so I'm hoping that I will see some weight loss soon.I usually watch what I eat, and try not to eat a lot of junk food, or drink a lot of soda, but I can't seem to lose weight. I currently weigh 148 pounds and I would like to get down to 125 pounds.Has anyone out there lost weight using the Nintendo Wii Fit? Or more specifically, using Jillian Michaels 2009 exercise game for the Wii. | |
